Policy Overview
Nivaasi is a cloud-based SaaS platform provided by Proin Technologies Private Limited for PG and hostel owners to manage tenants, payments, and operations. This policy explains returns, refunds and cancellations applicable to Nivaasi subscriptions and services.
Return Policy
Nivaasi provides digital, non-tangible services. There are no physical products to be returned. Therefore, a return policy does not apply to Nivaasi subscriptions or digital services.
Refund Policy
Because access to the Nivaasi service is granted immediately after successful payment, refunds are not provided once the subscription has been activated.
Exceptions (considered case-by-case):
- Duplicate payments confirmed by our payments team.
- Technical failures that prevent activation of service despite successful payment.
Approved exceptional refunds will be processed to the original payment source after verification. Processing timelines may vary and will be communicated by our accounts team.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation only within 1 to 3 days from the date the subscription is activated. This means:
- If you request cancellation on Day 1, Day 2 or Day 3 from activation, your request will be considered.
- No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after Day 3 from the activation date.
To request cancellation within the eligible window, contact support with the registered account email and transaction details (see Contact section below). Cancellation requests received after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
Subscription Renewal & Non-Renewal
If you do not wish to continue after the active subscription period, simply do not renew. No charges will be collected if you let the subscription lapse. Automatic renewal terms (if any) are shown during checkout and in your account — please review them before confirming a purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Nivaasi is a software service; there is no shipping or physical delivery involved. Account activation and access are provided online after payment confirmation.
